우창훈작가::의식의 중첩: LIVE PAINTING
사직동에 위치한 갤러리내일에서 8월 7일부터 8월 27일까지 21일간 우창훈 작가의 <의식의 중첩>전이 열린다. 작가의 완성된 작업 뿐만 아니라 전시 기간 동안 작가의 라이브 페인팅을 감상할 수 있다.
작가는 갤러리내일에서 이루어지는 라이브 페인팅 퍼포먼스에 대해 이렇게 이야기한다.
"< 의식의 중첩 > 이라는 테마를 가진 이번 전시는 20일이라는 기간 동안 갤러리 내에서 작가가 직접 라이브 페인팅으로 선보인다. 집중하여 작업을 하는 화가의 의식은 특별한 단계로 상승되어 시공과 정신의 총체적인 합일이 이루어진다. 이런 의식의 결과물은 매일의 현장에서 라이브 페인팅 화폭(7M x 2M) 위에 나타나고 중첩될 것이다.
화가의 정신이 현장의 의식 에너지로 표출되어 2차원의 화폭에 발현되는 20일간의 스토리를 함께 지켜보면 좋을 것 같다."

Chang-Hoon Woo - Superimposition of Consciousness: Live Painting
Chang-Hoon Woo’s exhibition, titled Overlapping Consciousness, will be held from August 7th to August 27th at Gallery Naeil, located in Sajik-dong. During the exhibition period, you can experience the artist’s live painting in addition to his completed work.
This exhibition, with the theme of Overlapping Consciousness, will be presented as a live painting by the artist in the gallery over a period of 20 days. The result of this ceremony will appear and be superimposed on a live painting canvas (7m x 2m) on a daily basis. It is fruitful to watch the artist’s portrayal of a 20-day long story, wherein his spirit is expressed as a conscious energy field on the two-dimensional canvas.
